Often Forgotten Camping Essentials for You and Your Dog

You, your dog, and your friends have decided to take a camping trip – awesome!  You’ve got everything that you think you’ll need loaded into the car and you’re ready to go.  You arrive at the campground after a 3 hour drive and you start to unpack your car. You’ve got the tent out and ready to put up – all you need is that pesky hammer.  Oops…it’s a no go.  You forgot to pack the hammer.  Time to make use of the campfire logs stacked nearby!  Sound like a nightmare?  Well, we’re here to make sure this never happens to you.

It’s so easy to forget stuff when you’re packing for a trip – especially when you’re not only packing for yourself but the rest of your family, including your furry dog companion.  It usually isn’t a huge deal if you’re going on vacation near a city because there’s plenty of shops to buy those forgotten items.  However, when you’re camping in the middle of nowhere, forgetting important things can be stressful and so inconvenient!
