We are proud to offer robust benefit packages with an eye to both quality of care and affordability.

Medical
Fairfield offers three PPO healthcare insurance plans with low deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, and copays.

Dental
Our generous dental coverage provides for DHMO or DPPO plan options, including a NO COST individual premium option!

Vision
Vision coverage includes our Core VSP plan, including a NO COST individual premium option, or a PPO buy-up plan for extra frame and contact lens allowances.

More Benefits

401K Retirement
We match 50% of every dollar up to a $5,000 annual maximum beginning one year after employment, subject to vesting. Fairfield associates may roll over any existing qualified pre-tax retirement plan from a previous employer.

Paid Time Off
Work life balance is important. Fairfield provides paid time off for rest and relaxation, as well as sick time, 10 paid holidays each year, paid volunteer hours, jury duty pay, bereavement pay, and more.
