An Apartment State Of Mind

There isn’t a better place in the U.S. to celebrate the cherished holiday of St. Patrick’s day than Boston. Tradition might revolve around heading to the local Irish pub, but if you’re in the mood for good beer, why not head to one of the many breweries in the Boston area instead? Fairfield residents at Mave Apartments, Talia Apartments and River Pointe at Den Rock Apartments within the Boston Metro take note!
Let’s check out some of our favorites:
Nightshift Brewing – Before they took over their current 30,000 sq foot space, Nightshift founder Rob Burns started brewing in his home kitchen in Somerville, then up-sizing twice in Everett, then also expanding to other locations Love Joy Wharf and Owl’s Nest. With plenty of beers to try, this is a great local spot to bring in this years St. Patty’s Day.
Down The Road Beer Co – Highlighting another brewery in Everett, MA where they have a vintage pinball arcade to enjoy while having a beer. Yes, please! They feature 15 beers on tap, plus a gluten free hard soda and non alcoholic options. And they allow dogs!
Beerworks Brewing Co – This brewery located in the heart of Boston (with other locations within the Metro as well) has been in business since 1992! Their first location is located near Fenway Park and has grown to other taprooms in Salem, Canal, Lowell, Hingham, Framingham and even Logan Airport. Plus unlike most breweries, their locations in Boston, Salem, Hingham, Framingham and Lowell serve food all day.
Lamplighter Brewing Co – Located in Cambridge, Lamplighter will not only be featuring beers as usual, including their Day Irish Stout, but also traditional Irish food like corned beef, stuffed cabbage and shepherd’s pie thanks to Brato Brewhouse and Kitchen this St. Patty’s Day. Plus their bar looks over the brewhouse so you can watch Lamplighter beer being made in all its glory while you have a brew.
