An Apartment State Of Mind
August 20, 2017
While some would prefer to live in a single family residence, they may not take into consideration the time and money it takes to maintain an actual house. That’s why many of our residents actually seek out apartments to not only cut down on costs but to take advantage of the numerous amenities that come with apartment homes.
Apartment life can include fun activities like lounging by the pool on the weekends or enjoying a soak in the hot tub after work. How about reserving the clubhouse armed with a full kitchen and game room for hosting a private party? Maybe to you, it means saving money on a gym membership and taking advantage of the fitness center at your apartment community. Or maybe it means that when any issues arise, you have someone they can call to fix the matter instead of it falling on your shoulders.
At Fairfield Residential we’ve done a lot of research on what our residents want out of their apartment community. Our residents want to save money and time. They want efficiency and to be able to enjoy the time off from work that they have. They also want a friendly staff they can count on.
We thought it would be fun to share with our readers a day in the life of an apartment dweller. Below we’ll go through a full day living at a Fairfield apartment community. Are you ready?
Let’s go!
In the morning our residents can wake up after a good night’s sleep in their comfy bed. Many of our residents love to work out, so they may head to their walk-in-closet to find their exercise gear for a morning workout at the fitness center.
Most likely you’ll want to grab a little breakfast in your kitchen before heading to the community gym. Many of our newer kitchens include a breakfast bar, the perfect place to snack before a workout.
Heading to the community gym, you can choose between cardio, weights or even yoga.
Time to get ready before work. It’s always nice to have a bathroom with extra space, right? We think so!
And who doesn’t love a walk-in-closet to keep everything neat and organized? This is a favorite amenity of our residents.
Heading to work may not be the best part of your day, but it helps when you live close to work or transportation. Many of our communities are in locations are conveniently located near public transportation plus easy access to freeways or expressways.
If you’re lucky enough to work from home, you can take advantage of USB charging outlets and built-in-desks in your apartment, cyber lounges and conference rooms at our newer communities.
If you’re a pet owner, the first thing you’ll probably want to do when you get home from work is take your fur baby for a walk or to enjoy the community “bark park”.
Time for dinner. But before that, you can easily throw a load in your in-home washing machine and dryer so you have clean clothes for the next day. Easy peasy!
If it’s a pleasant evening out, who can pass up a soak in the spa or a dip in the pool after a long day of work?
Now it’s time to relax, get comfy on the couch and throw on Netflix. Really, is there anything better?’
