FAIRFIELD COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION ON THE MOXLEY APARTMENTS IN FAIRFAX, VA

New Construction of Class A Apartments Includes Multifamily Housing and Retail

SAN DIEGO, CA – August 10, 2023 – Fairfield today announced the completion of construction of The Moxley Apartments in Fairfax, VA. The multifamily community located at 4040 Gateway Drive adds 403 brand-new studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments to the D.C. metro area, including 24 designated affordable units.
