We know choice is important to our residents, so Fairfield’s design team has embraced current lifestyle trends to offer different design package choices within a community. Features include modern colors and cabinetry finishes, wood-style flooring, and pull-out faucets.

Fresh color schemes in whites, greys, and light earth tones are complimented by classic subway tile or mosaic-tile-design kitchen back splashes in whites, greys, sage or graphite blue.
