An Apartment State Of Mind
November 1, 2021
In October, Fairfield participated in Breast Cancer Awareness Month with pride and enthusiasm! To show our support for this worthy cause, Fairfield raised more than 2.5 times our goal for the National Breast Cancer Foundation to further its mission to “provide help and inspire hope to those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education, and support services.” We smashed our goal thanks to enthusiastic associates and social media followers like you — thank you to everyone who donated and showed support! Just because We’re in November now doesn’t mean the fight is over. You can still donate!
We believe in being good neighbors to one another, our residents, and the whole world, which is why Fairfield’s culture includes support for initiatives like Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
“Thank you for supporting this great cause!”
– Mae Macy, Multi-Site Property Manager

Fairfield associates responded to the call to “think pink” to show their support of breast cancer awareness with gusto! Associates across the nation at our communities and corporate offices showed their support for the fight against breast cancer by wearing pink ribbon lapel pins and pink attire throughout the month.

We love to involve our residents in our culture at any chance we get. That’s why, every Friday in October, the team at The Slate at Andover in Andover, MA supplied snacks in the community clubhouse and encouraged residents to wear pink to show their support as well!
