Bitter & Twisted – Cocktails galore made with only premium spirits, this stylish cocktail bar is located in the historic Luhrs Building in downtown Phoenix, once the Arizona Prohibition Headquarters…ironically. Bitter & Twisted is a small place with a lot of charm and a lot of cocktails to choose from, plus a menu of late night snacks, small plates, full meals and even sweets.

Honor Amongst Thieves – A hip cocktail lounge new to the Phoenix scene since 2016, you won’t want to miss their theme nights including Top Gun Tuesdays (80’s music and cocktails!) and Vinyl Thursdays (classic music of a featured artist), plus more. Their menu offers unique creative cocktails made from classic spirits like whiskey, rye, bourbon, scotch, vodka, gin, rum, and tequila.

Counter Intuitive – A rustic bar with an evolving cocktail menu centered around a certain theme every three months. If you’re looking for an intimate atmosphere and very unique drinks, this is your spot. Only open Fridays and Saturdays!

MercBar Phoenix – A classic cocktail bar located in Phoenix since 1996. Originally an offshoot of the original MercBar in NYC, which closed for good in 2014. Here you can find a variety of cocktails, all $12 a pop, plus enjoy bar snacks like Bavarian Style Pretzels, House Meatballs and the classic Mercer Board full of culinary goodies.

Clever Koi – What’s better than chowing down on comfort food while sipping on delightful cocktails? According to Clever Koi, nothing! Their menu boasts a variety of Asian dishes just waiting to be devoured, and their cocktail menu features ironic drinks like The Enabler, Fuzzy Things and Almost Always Bad News…how clever.
