Schools out and it’s time to BBQ! Definitely one of our favorite times of the year here at Fairfield Residential. Nothing gets our spirits up for summer like Memorial Day weekend. The sun is shining and good food is cooking outside. What more can you ask for?
We all know traditional Memorial Day grub will be happening such as hot dogs, burgers, grilled sausages and the likes. But what about all the other super yummy side dishes? Here’s your chance to get creative. Instead of traditional potato salad and coleslaw, why not whip up something unexpected, but still traditional? We’ve got recipes for your salad needs plus recipes centered around two ingredients used at almost every BBQ; corn and beans. Yup, this is good old Memorial Day fare with a twist.
Salads – A must for any BBQ is a healthy salad and these are no exception.
Corn – Sure, you can do corn on the cob or you can do these unique corn variations that will undoubtedly impress your guests.
Beans – Baked beans are must, so we’ve included that plus much, much more that will have guests coming back for seconds.
