Not to mention, they’re some of the most beautiful areas around with majestic mountain views, beaches, and even desert landscapes. For our residents living in Southern Cali, you’ll want to schedule these day getaways in your calendar for 2018.

Santa Barbara might be the most scenic city in Southern California. Located at the top coastal corner of Southern California against majestic mountains and the ocean, this is the perfect getaway for our residents at Andorra Apartments.

Where to Drink: Check out the Funk Zone for a variety of breweries and wineries all within walking distance of each other.

About an hour getaway from our residents at multiple communities in the San Diego area, Temecula is great for wine lovers. Home to over 40 wineries, plus enjoy the old western themed downtown of Temecula.

Where to Eat: Get the real Temecula experience with a dinner at the vast South Coast Resort & Spa’s The Vineyard Rose Restaurant.

Where to Drink: Why stop at one winery in Temecula when you can take a guided tour? Check out all the options at Temecula Valley Winegrowers Association.

Where to Shop: Check out Old Town Temecula for shopping, specifically antiques!

Where to Drink: Willie Boy’s Saloon and Dance Hall is the perfect place to cool down and grab a cocktail.

Where to Shop: Check out pop up shop Jen’s Pirate Booty for bohemian women’s clothing.

Where to Eat: Nick’s is the place to go in Laguna Beach. One of the top-rated restaurants in the area, you’ll want to make your reservations far in advance, but it’s worth the wait.

Where to Drink: Get an amazing tiki drink topped with tiki treasures like pineapple and cherries at The Royal Hawaiian.

Where to Shop: The best shopping in town can be found at Laguna’s Historic Shopping Place.
