January 6th is National Technology Day and what better way to celebrate than to make sure our customers know how we’re advancing in new tech! Here at Fairfield Residential we’ve set up our touch-free leasing program, Keyboard to Keys, to make the process as safe, efficient, and as easy as possible. This program includes multiple ways to tour using technology as well as using our new tools for a touch free move-in process.

Let’s check out how you can lease your apartment virtually with these innovative options:

Step 1 – Depending on the property, you can schedule a self-guided, virtual or in-person tour online through the property website. If you feel comfortable enough for an in-person tour, you can meet with either one of our leasing associates or do a self-guided tour. Rather stay at home? One of our leasing associates can give you a virtual tour.

Keep in mind that appointments are required are required for all tours and that not all properties are accepting walk-ins at this time.

Step 2 – Easily submit your online application at your chosen property’s website.

Step 3 – Once approved you’ll be able to sign your lease, pay your rent and move-in amount electronically all via our resident portal.

Step 4 – Even picking up your keys in virtual! You will receive a code and location for a lockbox where you can pick up your keys and move into your new home at your convenience.

These new tech features make finding an apartment easier no matter what’s going on in the world. We will continue to offer these tech savvy options for leasing and move-ins even after we move forward from this pandemic.
