Compared to gym and yoga memberships, Peloton can give you the hands on fitness instruction you’re craving in the comfort of your own home for about the same price or even less. This cardio + weight workout not only will get you in shape, but it also delivers the community aspect with live classes.
Mirror – Similar to Peloton, but without a bike and with an actual mirror instead! The benefit of Mirror is that you can actually see yourself working out so you can make the necessary adjustments. What’s also cool about this workout too is that you’re also watching your instructor within the mirror. With a variety of live and on demand classes including kickboxing, strength, cardio, dance, yoga, stretching, etc, you’ll never get bored with Mirror!
YouTube, Apps & On Demand Classes – These days there are countless on demand classes you can find on the web either on YouTube or a variety of other platforms like apps. It’s really about finding what works for you. Some give free trials so try some out to find your favorite!
